Plant for a "Garden Taste Safari" for your children

Last summer my grandson Shane became hooked on my garden. He munched on Stevia, Sorrel, Peppermint, Green beans, Lovage and often delighted us with his"herbal sandwiches". He even liked the golden globe cherrie tomatoes with because of their high sugar content. Since our garden is organic, and only using Heidi's Plant Pep, I have no concerns about his "garden to mouth" practice.
This year I will tickle his taste buds with nasturtiums, Johny Jump Ups, spring onions, and Lovage.
